No. Véhicules Examen Québec is a private company that has no business ties with the government and the SAAQ.
How does vehicle reservation for the driving exam work?
Access our online platform, choose the location, date, and time. Reserve and pay. Pick up the vehicle on exam day at your chosen SAAQ center. Complete your test in a safe, compliant vehicle. Leave it on-site once you’re done.
How do I know my reservation was recorded?
After completing your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Do I need to install an app on my phone?
No, our platform is available online.
Can I book a vehicle for someone else?
Absolutely! Just provide the user’s information on the platform.
How do I cancel my vehicle reservation?
Simply email us at least 48 hours before your reservation date.
Where do I go to access the reserved vehicle?
In the SAAQ parking lot chosen when booking.
Where do I go to pick up my reserved vehicle?
In the parking lot of the SAAQ center chosen during the reservation.
How do I get the vehicle key?
You’ll find all instructions in the reservation confirmation email.
Do I need to refuel the vehicle after the exam?
No, our service includes the gas usage and tank refilling.
Once the exam is done, where do I park the vehicle?
You can leave it right where you finish your exam and follow instruction received in your confirmation email.
What should I check before using the vehicle?
Do a quick exterior inspection to ensure everything looks good before you start.
How long is the reservation? How long do I have access to the vehicle?
The reservation lasts one hour total. However, the vehicle can’t be moved without an SAAQ evaluator present.
What if my exam is delayed even though I arrived on time?
Your rental includes 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your exam. If there’s a delay of more than 30 minutes, please contact customer service.
What if the vehicle isn’t available when I arrive?
Wait 15 minutes. If it’s still not there, contact customer service.
What if there’s a mechanical issue?
Follow the evaluator’s advice and contact us as soon as possible.
What if I run out of gas?
Follow the evaluator’s advice and contact us right away.
What if there’s an accident or collision?
Follow the evaluator’s advice and contact us immediately.
What if I don’t show up for my reservation?
Since the reservation is already paid, no refunds will be issued if you haven’t canceled within the required timeframe.
